How it works:

  • Each user’s consent selection is recorded in the “Terms & Conditions” column in the submission table.
  • If both opt-ins are selected, the system logs: “Transactional; Promotional”
  • If only one is selected, it is recorded as: “Transactional” or “Promotional”
  • If neither is selected, the field remains empty.
