Thanks to your feedback, you now have the option to choose when review requests go out, rather than relying on automatic triggers. This enhancement allows you to engage customers at the right time—on your schedule and theirs. Here’s what this new feature offers and how to use it.

What’s New in the QuickBooks Integration?

Gain Full Control Over Review Requests

Previously, review requests were automatically sent as soon as an invoice balance hit zero. Now, you can opt out of automatic requests and send them only when the timing feels right. This control helps you manage when to ask customers for feedback, aligning with your unique business needs and customer interactions.

How to Use This New Feature

Getting started is easy! Follow these steps to update your settings and take control over review requests:

  1. Open the Settings menu in your sub-account.
  2. Go to Integrations and select QuickBooks Integration.
  3. Uncheck Send Review Request to Contacts to disable automatic requests.
