Streamline Your Workflows with FirstDirect360’s New Smart List and Advanced Filters

FirstDirect360 introduces Smart Lists and Advanced Filters—new tools that let you easily customize and save filtered views of your workflows. Quickly access tailored lists for streamlined project management and seamless automation control.

What’s New?

FirstDirect360 now includes Smart Lists and Advanced Filters, two powerful features to help you organize and manage your workflows like never before. These tools enable you to create custom views by applying specific filters and saving them for future use.

How it Works

Advanced Filters

  1. Go to the Automations tab to see your workflows.
  2. Click Advanced Filters to start filtering.
  3. Choose a screen, select a controller, and set your value.
  4. Add multiple conditions by selecting + And or + Add Filter for more flexibility.
  5. Click Apply to activate filters and view results.

Smart List

  1. After applying filters, click Save and select Save as New Smart List to create a new list, or Discard Changes to reset.
  2. New Smart Lists will appear as additional pages, making it easy to switch between filtered views.
  3. Start fresh by selecting + Smart List, adding your filters, and saving.
  4. To remove a Smart List, click Customize List and choose Delete.
