For FirstDirect360 users, setting up missed call text-back is straightforward and takes only a few steps:

  1. Go to settings at the bottom of the lefthand column.
  2. Find “Business Profile” section.
  3. Enable the feature. Scroll down the righthand side until you see Missed Call Text Back. It should be enabled by default.
  4. Customize your message. Here’s where you edit the text message that’s sent when a call is missed. Use custom values to personalize the message, such as with the customer’s name.
  5. Test the feature. To make sure everything’s working, call your office number and hang up after one ring. You should receive the custom text message after a few seconds.
