- Revamped Grid Layout: Enjoy a redesigned grid that makes it easier to browse through your files in an organized and visually appealing way.
- Permanent Filename Visibility: No more hovering to see file names—filenames are now always visible with a gradient background for improved readability.
- Quick File Details: You can now view important file information such as the name, last modified date, and size just by hovering over the file.
- Streamlined Menu Access: The three-dot menu has been relocated to the top right corner of each file for quicker access and a cleaner look.
Improved Folder Display
- Better Folder Visibility: Folders now have a distinct background color, making them easier to distinguish and enhancing the overall user interface.
- Expanded Folder Management Options: Folders also feature a three-dot menu for more efficient management, including options to rename, delete, or access links.
Download Capabilities
- Direct File Downloads: You can now download any file directly from Media Storage, making it easier to access your media files locally and outside of the platform.
Image Preview
- Detailed Image Previews: Clicking on any image will open a detailed preview, displaying key information like the file size, dimensions, and publication date.
- Quick Access Actions: From the preview, you can easily download the image or copy its link, allowing for faster sharing and distribution.
Uniform File Representation
- Consistent File Icons: Static images are now used for different file types, ensuring that your media storage maintains a uniform and professional appearance.
Expanded File Support
- Increased File Type Compatibility: Media Storage now supports a wider variety of file formats, giving you more flexibility in managing diverse types of content.
How to Use the New Features:
- View Files: Navigate through Media Storage’s new grid layout to explore your files. Hover over them to view important details such as the last modified date or file size.
- Access Management Options: Click on the three-dot menu on any file or folder to manage actions like renaming, deleting, or getting the link.
- Preview and Download: Click on an image for a full preview and to access options such as downloading the file or copying the link.

- Multi-File Selection: Soon, you will be able to select multiple files simultaneously for bulk actions and faster management.
- Aspect Ratio Visibility: The grid layout will soon allow you to quickly identify whether images are portrait, landscape, or square at a glance.
- Google Drive Integration: We are working on integrating Media Storage with Google Drive and other media providers, making it easier to connect and sync your files.
- Universal Media Storage: Media Storage will soon be available across more areas of the platform, including memberships and contact management.
