We’re beyond excited to announce an innovative feature in Social Planner that brings basic analytics to the table. Let’s dive into what it offers!
How Does It Work?
To get started, simply head to Marketing > Social Planner. From there, you’ll find a new statistics option right next to the Social Calendar. Just click on it to access your post performance data.
What Information Does It Provide?
The statistics will display data for your top-performing posts (based on likes) as well as insights on your most recent posts. You’ll see data for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok Personal, and Twitter.
Key Features:
- Top-Performing Posts: Get stats on your best content, ranked by likes.
- Recently Published Posts: Track the performance of your most recent updates.
- Metrics: View key metrics like likes, comments, and shares.
- Post Details: Each entry includes the content, any attached media, and a link to the original post.
Important Notes:
- This feature doesn’t currently support LinkedIn Personal Profiles due to limitations in permissions. We’re working on adding this functionality as soon as compliance allows.
- Similarly, TikTok Business stats aren’t available yet because of a lack of technical support for post-publish details. We’re looking to resolve this with TikTok’s cooperation.
