Overview
Viewing, downloading, and sharing form, survey, and quiz submissions is now easier and more flexible. This update introduces improved submission PDFs, better email attachment controls, and UI enhancements across submission settings. Quiz results can also now be shared as PDFs via email.

New Submission Layout
Submission layouts for forms have been redesigned for better readability and consistency. The new layout is optimized for on-screen viewing and produces cleaner, more professional submission PDFs.
PDF Download Options
PDF downloads now include a clear dropdown selector instead of a tooltip. You can choose between the new PDF layout with improved formatting or the legacy PDF layout you’re already familiar with. These options are available directly from submission views, making submission PDFs easier to access and compare.

Email Notification PDF Attachments
A new Send attachment option has been added to notification settings. When enabled, submission PDFs are automatically generated and attached to email notifications. This works across forms, surveys, and quizzes, expanding how email attachments can be shared.
Quiz notifications now support two distinct email attachment options. You can send quiz submissions as a PDF, quiz results as a PDF, or both, giving you more control over how quiz results are delivered.
