Overview
The new Contact List View and SmartList 2.0 are now fully available to all customers after a successful beta phase. This update significantly improves how contact lists are built, managed, and shared by unifying sorting, field management, and advanced filters into a single, streamlined workflow. Sharing and permissions have also been upgraded to give teams more precise control over access.
What’s New
The refreshed Contact List View introduces a cleaner, more intuitive interface designed for speed and clarity. The unified list view now aligns visually and functionally with other CRM pages, creating a more consistent experience across the platform. Column management is faster and easier with quick search and drag-and-drop reordering. SmartList 2.0 adds a powerful filter builder with AND/OR logic, making advanced filters far more flexible for complex use cases. Page performance has been dramatically improved, delivering much faster load times than the previous UI. SmartList 2.0 also brings sorting, manage fields, advanced filters, and upgraded sharing and permissions into one cohesive experience, allowing clear control over who can view or edit each SmartList.

How to Use
Navigate to Contacts > SmartLists to access the new Contact List View. Create SmartLists using advanced filters with AND/OR logic to target the exact contacts you need. Customize contact lists by adding, removing, or rearranging fields through Manage Fields. Share SmartLists with your team using Sharing & Permissions, and assign view or edit access as required.
Why This Matters
SmartList 2.0 delivers a more consistent, flexible, and powerful way to manage contact lists across the CRM. By reducing the steps needed to configure views, filters, and permissions, teams spend less time managing SmartLists and more time acting on their data.
What’s Next
More operators are coming to advanced filters to further improve efficiency. Operator behavior will also become more consistent across similar filter types, making SmartList 2.0 even easier and faster to use.
