The latest Dialer Refresh brings a modernized interface, faster workflows, and enhanced call-handling capabilities. This update improves the phone system by introducing incoming call transfers, instant dialing, IVR navigation, and post-call notes and tags.

Key Enhancements in the Dialer

Transfer Incoming Calls

Previously, call transfers were limited to outgoing calls. Now, users can transfer incoming calls, allowing for smoother call management and improved customer interactions.

Add Notes After a Call

  • Users can now add call notes from the Recents screen once the call ends.
