Previously, review requests were automatically sent as soon as an invoice balance hit zero. Now, you can opt out of automatic requests and send them only when the timing feels right. This control helps you manage when to ask customers for feedback, aligning with your unique business needs and customer interactions.

How to Use This New Feature

Getting started is easy! Follow these steps to update your settings and take control over review requests:

  1. Open the Settings menu in your sub-account.
  2. Go to Integrations and select QuickBooks Integration.
  3. Uncheck Send Review Request to Contacts to disable automatic requests.
