The AI Assistant now makes smarter decisions about when to pull information from the knowledge base. It no longer runs searches for simple messages like greetings or thank-yous, and it skips lookups for requests that focus on reviewing or explaining a workflow.
When you ask the assistant to analyze a workflow, it uses the on-screen workflow context you are already working in. There is no need to reference external documentation, so the response is generated immediately. Knowledge base searches are now reserved for questions where additional background or documentation will actually improve the answer.
Why This Matters
By eliminating unnecessary searches, the assistant responds more quickly and consistently. Everyday interactions feel snappier, and workflow explanations arrive without extra wait time from behind-the-scenes lookups that offer little benefit.
